Reviews
Very rewarding place after a short hike. The hike of more or less 2km takes 30 mins to 1hr depending on how fast you are able to walk. The hike is a bit challenging for those who are not used to it due to the rocky path.
Also, the tour guide is very friendly, and they will stay at the falls until you decide to head back.
Here are our expenses on this trip:
Php 20.00 - Motorcycle Parking
Php 190.00 - Entrance Fee
Php 360.00 - Tour Guide Fee (good for 5 people, inclusive of life vest usage)
Php 350.00 - Cottage Rental
Sulit Talaga!
Great little fall well worth the 40 minute walk
-30 minute walk
-500php for 5 persons (inclusions: tour guide, life vest)
-50php parking/ entrance fee
-350php for the balsa
-350 php for the cottage
Geez! To get here, you have to walk for less than two (2) kms, there is no other way to get here but by walk only. But the walk is super fun, make sure to have good footwear, footwear that is ok to get wet.
Fees! Yes, there are fees, 95 pesos per head if I’m not mistaken, and some other additional fees which are affordable.
Foods! Make sure to bring everything, make it sure, because if you need something else or you forgot something else, you have to walk again for less than 2kms to get back to your point of origin if you are already in the falls.
Tourists’ guide/s is/are with you the whole time, so make sure to be good with them, cause they are the ones who will help you if you ask for help for something, like for firing. And, please, give them foods, they are humans, they will be hungry.
No life vest will be provided for the whole group, no bamboo-boat is available to get near to the falls. No comfort-room (just find a good place to poo).
Our timing when we go there is perfect, there are few visitors so lot of vacant cottages, the water is cold with free life vest for security purposes, 20-30 minute walk, to get to the location.
a largish waterfall, clear and cool water. The fall carved out a large deep swimming hole that can be dangerously deep. a really nice upstream area. Lots of vegetation. Guides mandatory.
Good place to unwind and chill with your friends and family, although the falls is not really that big and high, you'll still have fun in there, the guides are friendly.
The waterfall is amazing.
The path can be improved.
Huts can be repaired.
